Successful applicants will receive their book at venue on June 19th.

Please note that there will be no registration booking facilities at the venue. Registrations must come through this system. Please contact us should you require any assistance.

 

Delegate registration for the conference and exhibition includes:

  • Entry to all presentations
  • Buffet lunch
  • Tea & Coffee networking breaks
  • Delegate bag and conference notes
  • Priority access to online recordings and publication of proceedings

Payment can be made online using most credit cards via PayPal or Google Checkout or cheque with order.

Payment is being made to Learning Without Frontiers Ltd who are the conference organisers.

Our online registration system generates an order that you can print out. We also accept Local Authority, School, University, Government purchase orders, however registration is not complete until payment has been received.

Registration payment must be received prior to event to guarantee entry.

Online payments attract a 2.5% booking fee per delegate.

Registration and booking fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (15%), which will be added to the final invoice.

If you are registering on behalf of other parties you will be asked for each delegate's name, title, organization and contact details including e-mail and telephone number. These details are needed to confirm registrations and will only be used to update delegates with important conference related information.

Registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague by contacting us no later than June 12th 2009.

The event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove delegates for inappropriate behaviour without offering refund.
